@m14brony That's the damage deposit. Also, regardless of how messy your pet is, if it has fur, your apartment will have to be deep cleaned before it can be rented to someone else.

@m14brony i think that falls under the normal security deposit. The extra pet deposits also act as a sort of liability thing for the buildin managers.

@m14brony My family's had pets destroy multiple apartments despite best efforts to prevent it. The deposits aren't unjustified.
