@nerthos Bitlbee (the messenger I use on Linux) uses so little CPU and RAM it gets rounded to 0% both. Skype uses 1% CPU and 0.8% RAM, even on Linux and MSN always used 3-5% CPU, with spikes up to ~15% on my Windows system. I can use that power way more efficiently for other tasks that actually need it.
