@flaxx The trick I always saw people use for speeches was to kind of turn it into a story of sorts. As in, build into the main subject by starting out relatively vague and getting gradually more specific to the subject you're speaking about. It's basically just a way to extend the speech, but it also makes it seem more interesting and creates the illusion that it has more content than it actually does. As for the actual content, I can't help you there. I imagine this whole paragraph wasn't much help either but I thought I'd try to help the best I could. Also, this is really for people who are good at speeches so I don't even know why I bothered. Sorry.
