@pony thank you. I will definitely look into it. And no. Sometimes I'm not self aware, or will find myself on the verge of doing something stupid. Or worse, be on the verge of causing harm to others because I feel like I'm being kicked out of my mind and I have no control over me. I've been thinking of redoing my tulpa as Colgate and giving it my kind and caring personality. That way she will always make me happy. But I'm not too sure.
