@omni Makes sense - your mind created the other personalities to protect your true self - omni - from those things. The names of your personalities are rather telling - I think, I'll reach for a bit. Krieg is born from fear and hatred. He takes this emotions to create a sort of battle-plan. You can use him whenever you feel threadened because of that. Omni is your "true" self - because "omni" means everything. But let me tell you something: the problems you told me here do not mean that you are weak. They more look like omni tried to face reality as a whole - which is a sign of strength - but that weakens the lines of the personalities. You experience that as a loss of control. I am reaching far here and please don't take my words for the truth. All I want is to give you another perspective which may give you some hope...
