So I'm not going to insult anyone's taste in laptop hardware behavior. I am, however, going to say that whoever decided that everyone will always love touchpad tap-to-click and that there is no reason whatsoever to include an easy way to disable it should be stripped naked, rolled across a football field of broken glass and rock salt, and then lit on fire.
