    @omni The point I was trying to make is that targeting Windows or even Mac would give a much greater coverage for virus developers. Linux has very little market share in comparison to either, and most of its userbase is composed of geeks and nerds who know how to defend against that sort of thing. If you want to get to the widest audience of technology-illerate folk who can be easily scared into clicking a button and giving you their credit card info, you're stupid not to target Windows.
