@redenchilada, I collected all the rings and eggs, avoiding as many enemies as I could, and then getting to the next boss expecting it to be no harder than the enemies I'd already faced. The only game I've ever gone for a fight everything approach is Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker 2, which I'm currently playing through.
