@kamikaze Meh, not if you make vasectomies a legal requirement after having two children. As a matter of fact, I would make that a law if I could, because that would be an easy way of stopping overpopulation whilst still letting people have families. With two children per couple, the population can't grow, but it won't drastically drop either.
