@pony It's not testing with an actual objective, but testing as to understand other's personalities deeper. I see nothing wrong with a meritocracy. It basically means that your place in the piramid will be determined by your own effort and abilities and not by others. It's the most fair way to structure society. Why would I teach to someone who's opposed to that?
