@critialcloudkicker Well, knives are a good tool to defend oneself against a threat that has no good reason to be there, like a mugger or a bully. I don't endorse the use of a weapon against an unarmed peer in one-on-one combat, but that's not the case. If he had training in martial arts for self defense, the situation wouldn't require a knife.
