@xeleanorxrigbyx Bullies are a perfect example of blatant evil. A person who for no reason other than sadism hurts others that show signs of not being able to defend themselves. As such they're among the worst kinds of sadists, and should be dealt with accordingly. If one follows the path of evil from a very young age, then there's no chance of redemption.
