@zeldatra Photoshop has a "Export as Scribble..." feature that takes selected colour layers and turns them from block colours into doodle-style colouring. Also it lets you specify how big a brush you would like to simulate and if you want to save it as an animated gif instead of a still image (and thus you can set how many frames you want to loop). I usually set it to a 5px brush and a 3 frame loop.
