@yodelerty I'd rather you didn't. And the problem I find is some part of the brain tries to self preserve and plant a seed of "Just wait a little bit and things will be okay". That is usually enough to just stop you, meanwhile you look back and realize that nothing changes, things get worse and your life is already all wasted.
