@redenchilada @flamingpandaomg @thenerthfather It's certainly a tricky situation for the LPers who choose to monetise, because there's no precedent that Let's Plays are even considered fair use. Most people who've managed to make a job out of this generally make it by playing indie games, which makes sense because they are not going to mind the popularity or the views/sales of people finding out about their game.
