@critialcloudkicker its stylized that way, but halo is like an extension of the notification bar. its that little blue circle at the right of my screen, and it pops out with a relevant picture whenever I get a notification. when I tap it, the relevant app pops out in a floating window so I can respond without losing my place in an app. very cool.
