    @mrmattimation It's mostly a matter of patience, copying buildings and props from other areas, not much skill required. You can find tutorials on how to create new cells on the GECK wiki, and for the NPCs you can make characters for the facial data and then copy those faces over with the face exchanger program that's floating around.
