@pony I suspect the MLP live suits have a high end cooling system since there's only a few of them and they're also under stage lighting, which gets super hot. On the other hand, Disney has hundreds of mascot suited characters across their parks, so they don't bother at all because it's cheaper to just fire anyone who blacks out or strangles a child.
