  1. @critialcloudkicker unless you made them yourself, that's not a commercial product for anything. Neodymium is used as a dope for lasers, glass dyes and it's magnetic properties allow it to be used for a host of other engineering and construction roles. Plus, it's be too brittle to use for anything other than stand in rock salt, and only thing that'd be good for is interference in electromagnetic systems on vehicles and handhelds.

    So, as it doesn't logically make sense to exist, I doubt it's illegal.
