      3. @thisisntgonnabegood Flechette's aren't illegal. I've got everything from .410 slugs to 12 gauge Dragon's Breath, go to ranges all the time.

Friday, 13-Jun-14 19:13:33 UTC from web
          2. @critialcloudkicker unless you made them yourself, that's not a commercial product for anything. Neodymium is used as a dope for lasers, glass dyes and it's magnetic properties allow it to be used for a host of other engineering and construction roles. Plus, it's be too brittle to use for anything other than stand in rock salt, and only thing that'd be good for is interference in electromagnetic systems on vehicles and handhelds.

So, as it doesn't logically make sense to exist, I doubt it's illegal.

              2. @critialcloudkicker As I stated, not commercially produced. They're made homestyle. That being said, honestly you'd be better off using 1/4 inch steel rods. The magnets did nothing different, and they're EXPENSIVE. Shotguns work based off a spread, what they shot was a five-way slug rifle, more or less.
But to answer the original, no, I highly doubt it's illegal. We make bolo rounds, starbursts and all KINDS of stuff for our old 12 gauges.

Friday, 13-Jun-14 19:21:20 UTC from web
                1. @silverline 12 gauge starburst ?

Friday, 13-Jun-14 19:24:15 UTC from web
                  1. @critialcloudkicker crude way without welding: Fishing weights and JB weld with piano wire connecting them. Make a pattern. It's a bolo round, just expanded upon.

You really wanna have some fun, get some magnesium ball bearings and mix that into your buckshot.

                    1. @silverline How about a magnesium rod and lead hold together with a piano wire ?

Friday, 13-Jun-14 19:29:08 UTC from web
                      1. @critialcloudkicker It'd burn itself loose. The ball bearings catch fire on the way out, gives you a big flash and a lotta spread. There's a philosophy when it comes to ammo: KISS.

                                1. @silverline Ah, yes, I know that one. *shrugs it off* ... I am not American, and I think Shotguns are needlessly big and noizy... If I had a choice for upcoming zombie apocalypse or something I'd be the bloke who'd prefer a P90TR or C *shrug*

Friday, 13-Jun-14 19:35:43 UTC from web
                                  1. @critialcloudkicker Glad you weren't insulted, wasn't meant to be. Just one of our little sayings. P90 is a nice weapon, uses the stable and penetrating 5.57. Excellent platform, problem lies in ammo availability, ease of use and maintenance. The mags are a little bulky and cumbersome when you're used to stack mags.
For zombies, all you need is a Ruger MKIII .22 pistol lol

Friday, 13-Jun-14 19:40:24 UTC from web
                                    1. @silverline Actually FN5.7X28 cardridges are probably the best scavengable around these parts should a zombie apocalypse happen. The P90 family is just way more agreeing with me in the shooting-alley than a five-seven. Although the more "famous" 7.62 or 5.45 is argueably in more supply in these parts ( I wonder why that is ( sarcasm ) )

Friday, 13-Jun-14 19:49:38 UTC from web
                                      1. @critialcloudkicker idk why i typed 5.57... like a dumb*** God's sakes. Been building a piston driven AR past few weeks, thing's been haunting my brain. You must be in Europe, I'm going to assume Germany?

Friday, 13-Jun-14 19:51:48 UTC from web
                                        1. @silverline If I was living in Germany I would have a StG 44 on my wall, and maybe even a heavily modded one so I could fire 7.62X39 instead of hard to obtain KURTZ ( 7.9X x 33 ? ) ... No I live in the Netherlands. I do not even own a gun anywhere near my house

Friday, 13-Jun-14 19:55:13 UTC from web
                                          1. @critialcloudkicker Gotcha. Most times I ever saw anypony with a P90 we were in Germany. My issue with P90's honestly? They look like kid's toys, and my 8 and 3 year old might get a bit too curious lmao

Friday, 13-Jun-14 19:56:34 UTC from web
                                            1. @silverline Well, you could always take them to a shooting range and let them feel the power of a Chriss Super V ( V is for Vector ? ) ... Now that thing looks like a toy, but those .45 rounds ? Punching it

Friday, 13-Jun-14 20:00:20 UTC from web
                                              1. @critialcloudkicker Kriss Vekter, Super V bolt system. Low recoil, high output, extremely accurate with excellent burst control. I like them alot. And yes, .45ACP.

Friday, 13-Jun-14 20:01:05 UTC from web
                                      2. @critialcloudkicker sad part is, that's a 5.56 anyways! I'm MAKING ROUNDS NOW APPARENTLY!!!!

Friday, 13-Jun-14 19:53:08 UTC from web
                                        1. @silverline Pretty sure the P90 and the five-seven use the same ammo, and I am also pretty sure the five-seven is called the five-seven because it uses 5.7 ammo

Friday, 13-Jun-14 19:57:51 UTC from web
                                          1. @critialcloudkicker Yeah, they do. Never said they didn't. The common rifles in America use 5.56, and I was thinking 5.7, so I crossed the two, called it 5.57. I pulled a Derpy, hit a cloud. We're good now.

Friday, 13-Jun-14 19:59:12 UTC from web
