    @scoot There's a difference between "parody that uses all new source material" (aka a video mocking a Toothpaste Mascot using a similar character) and "parody that actually takes the source material" (aka YouTube poops). The first is what you're defending, but I'm talking about the second. And the second is what I mean when I say that the material is legally the copyright owners possession.
