    @scribus In Germany aren't any fillibusters. In the parliament each one has maximal 15 minutes to talk. I think it is good so. If you can't get to your point in 15 minutes you just failed in your argumentation. But in reality every talk in parliament or on talk shows feels like a fillibuster.
