@nerthos Okay so, if my dog went after my neighbor's animal, because we say, didn't actually have a tall enough fence and the neighbor's animal was out and about, does that give neighbor the right to kill my dog? No. It does not, it means that a discussion is to be had about how the dogs are kept in. Suggest solutions, like leashes, or perhaps better training or /something/ but killing the animal is not an appropriate solution. Do you think they wanna bury their dogs? If you get to kill their dogs then he has as much right to come kill your cat.
