@awlditzy It isn't a detriment to my health if I understand where they are coming from. I don't get mad, I am not capable of getting mad.* I just see their perspective as rational with what they know. I just work my way throw it with them, trying to see what they see when they are mad and don't want to "Give ground". My ears are separate from my mouth. I don't have to heard what I agree with. I understand their hatred.
*(At least, easily or in time, I simply don't care that the other side hates me for I see that, with what they know, they have full reason to hate me. I merely have to dissuade them of that by showing them why they shouldn't, by being kind and non aggressive.)
