@monstertdi As someone who frequented among teachers I know just how easy it is to condemn a teacher, any teacher ( but most deffinately easier for male teachers ) for their name to be ABSOLUTELY destroyed just by 1 snotty brat who thinks it is funny to shout out a few things, or maybe as "repercussions" for giving out too much homework. Since there are only 10 months of hard time for this alledged teacher, combined with the arcaic rules the USA has on pleading guilty being cheaper ( although I now realize you are from the UK, and I do not know a lot about their trial system ) ... yeah... 10 months ? Pretty sure that teacher would not "just" get 10 months if he were guilty of touching a child. Maybe if he was in posession of a 10 second child porn movie on his computer or somehting. *shrug*
