    @mrmattimation I mean, having good visuals does help. And I don't just mean graphics, but design too. It certainly does enhance the experience to have an art style that agrees with it, not to mention creative and varied level/character/enemy design. It's just that all of that is the proverbial icing on the cake, and no one wants to eat only icing.
