@northernnarwhal @caret7 @riley I think 'Brony culture' has always been a struggle between two extremes. 1) firstly a very modern liberal conception of personal freedom, where everyone should be able to be who they want to be regardless of geder, secualty race or age. and on the other 2) a group of men coming in to take something that is amined and meant for little girls.
And sadly after episode MLP100 the second group has won and I agree with everything @caret7 (http://rainbowdash.net/notice/3940788) The eppiosode was akin to a buch of playground bullies taking away the sand pit.
