    @pawnheart Heartless, nobodies, keyblades, lots of the talk about the heart comes from Kingdom Hearts canon and is a large part of it's story. The rest comes from "Umineko" and brought the concepts of the Witches Game and their on going battle which is touched on moderately and is a fairly large part of it's story. The whole worlds thing is just a really convenient concept that happens to occur in both "canon" of the show (albeit in slightly different ways)
