  1. @engelhardt I'm terrible with photographs and people. I go down to a quiet, lonely railroad track in the middle of the night just to avoid them.

  2. @engelhardt I don't know! :( Rotatograph? Good luck with selling those prints! I'd love to sell prints sometime soon. I've noticed a lot of my friends prefer black and white prints to color. I think it all depends on the picture. Also, frames. Those things are like really expensive. Sometimes I think I should chop up my backyard fence and use that. Any suggestions?

  3. @engelhardt Digital has charm. I love that feeling I get when I open the SD card slot and then put it into my laptop and see the camera icon pop up. (I wish that was sarcasm) I feel like a robot now. :D One thing I love are prints. I'd rather look at a print of my pictures than view them on an screen. (Printing and framing is crazy expensive, though!) I've heard about those toy cameras. They sound like a lot of fun actually. BTW, does this count as photography? http://fav.me/d46hzh2

  4. @engelhardt Oh! I didn't mean those questions to sound harsh or anything. ^^

  5. @engelhardt I could imagine light painting would be 1000x harder with film. It's mostly trial and errors. But I'd love to try it out sometime. I really want to learn the more analog side of photography sometime soon. So why do you like black and white so much? And what's wrong with digital? Also, I know you usually shoot b&w but what film would you recommend for freakishly oversaturated colors?

  6. @engelhardt I'll be honest. I love post. I don't physically manipulate the pic, but I love tweaking the colors and such. I do SOOC, though. Like these http://fav.me/d3fvjf6 http://fav.me/d3fx77q BTW I have 0 experience with film. I looked at your pics and I must say I like the grain. It adds character.

  7. @engelhardt Sorry I'm late in. I use a Rebel XS and I guess my portfolio is at daphotographs.daportfolio.com And you?

  8. @engelhardt most of the photos I've taken that I liked the most have been of destruction. Rusted, burnt-up cars abandoned in the middle of the desert, wrecked appliances in a ditch on the side of a freeway, that sort of thing.

  9. @engelhardt ARE WE TALKING ABOUT PHOTOGRAPHY??

  10. @engelhardt Btw, I have an SD500, and a film EOS that I never use anymore because it's too much hassle for me. :/

  14. @engelhardt No, it only seems to be doing it in Google chrome.

  15. @engelhardt After attempting to read a couple of really awful fanfics, I swore I'd never touch one again, but after I got into MLP, I rethought a lot of those rash decisions I made, and found that there were actually some very well-written stories coming out of this fandom. There's crap, but it doesn't generally tend to float to the surface here.

  16. @engelhardt Not true! There's also so-bad-it's-good Sonic fanfics! :<

  18. @engelhardt I blame Java for things that aren't even written in Java, and it's probably the case anyway.

  19. @engelhardt C based like terraria? I think its java issue as well, but it didn't do this before i updated my graphics card or something.

  23. @engelhardt That's just silly. It's not like you have to pass some kind of entrance exam or pay a fee to call yourself a brony.

  24. @engelhardt There's nothing wrong inherently with the term "brony". The problem is the communities at large who are not inclusive and supportive.

  25. @Engelhardt I'm a female brony and I'm disappoined about the obnoxious MLP communities that u say... :(

  26. @engelhardt I think it's a dumb-sounding name and too similar to "brownies," but it is what it is I guess. It's a lot like the word "Indian" versus "Native American" - no matter how dumb and inaccurate the term is, it isn't about to go away.

  30. @engelhardt See, you're actually *playing* stuff. My music is sampled, totally fake, done by machines because they don't make mistakes.
