!abqbronies ok so once again I lied, about the meet up being in summer. So Mr. Duplex and I are planning on a meet up at Sandia Bowl, off of Juan tabo and Lexington, this Saturday the 7th. Any who it’s a simple meet and greet and bowling. We’ll be there from 5 to 8, so if you can make it, excellent, obliviously you don't have to stay the whole time and you can show up any time you want. during this time where going to be talking about the show(duh), discussing how future meetings want to be set up, and just hanging out in general. I think that wraps it up, Sandia bowl, this Saturday, 5 to 8. No need to bring anything. Hope to see you all there. If you need any information feel free to contact me.

@bobmortis Sandia Bowl never has league lanes, they usually have at least one lane vacant, and on a weekend they're $3/game and $2/shoes. They also have a great jukebox. They also have pizzas.

Attention all Albuquerque, New Mexico pony fans (especially !ABQBronies ) - I will be the master of ceremonies (the toastmaster) at tomorrow's meeting of Albuquerque Weekenders Toastmasters Club. There will be snacks! You will hear three fascinating speeches on various topics, presented by amateur speakers who want your feedback on their presentations to improve their skills. Visiting a Toastmasters club is something you'll never forget. We're also putting together a gift basket for our District Conference; if you want to donate something fun (an unopened toy, a stuffed animal, a board game, a puzzle book, etc.), you will be greatly appreciated by NM Division B. A Toastmasters meeting is the best way to start your St. Patrick's Day, so wear something green!

@bobmortis It's a speech and leadership club. Every meeting is a workshop for members and guests to work on their communication skills and to practice taking small leadership roles in the club. However, it is much more than just that. I have made dozens of friends, some close and lifelong. I've seen the elements of harmony at work in these clubs, and the genuine caring of my fellow Toastmasters is an amazing experience.

I asked them about putting this one up, but it seems it didn't get through. Though, to be perfectly honest, I'm still new to this, and we may only have 10 or 15 people show up, so EqD's staff may be waiting to see how many people show up to this first one before they start posting them. We'll see I guess.

Sorry, I dont know much how this works...anyways, lets see of UNM or CNM has some open classroom or if some other place a place we can use, we got memorial day coming up...i dont think i have any plans for the long weekend and we can see if anyone else does, anyways, sorry if it sounds bossy, just trying to make sure i dont accidentally use up all the characters...so yeah...meetup...eventually...that'd be cool

@problemedpony You've got to look beyond RDN sometimes. I'm the only one of 6 on my campus who uses it. One of my friends runs a HUGE one at his school with 0 RDN presence, and the ohiobronies chat & plan elsewhere too.
