!bcbronies FYI, the gradient still isn't fixed on the forum. Once it is fixed, we can call all of the initial forum prep done.

!bcbronies Updated the Steam Group with a logo that has a background photo. Updates to the Forum will be coming as soon as I get in contact with @spectrumflash. (Yes, that gradient needs to be fixed)

!bcbronies: One thing that I will be bugging here on RDN and on the facebook group is for chat and such to please move to here: http://www.bcbronies.org/forum/ I simply ask because it is much easier for organization when certain chats are contained. It is simply a mess going through a wall of comments trying to find what is relevant or not when a forum format makes it much simpler.

!bcbronies :Okay, from the looks of things, there is a conflict of interest everywhere, Out of the 23rd of 24th, I would prefer the 24th though would like the 16th. SO you 23rd 24th prople discuss which date you guy prefer and if you think it is feasible, go for the 16th. I will make the final desicion on sat at the meetup if I make it.

!bcbronies I have commitments on the entire weekend of the 23rd. The weekend of the 16th works best for me (I'll be in Vancouver on the 16th for the Hey Ocean concert anyway).

I want two BBQ available though one will be fine and I want someone to Scout the area that would be good once we have the place finalized, somewhere where we won't need chairs or tables. Hit @mcbrony or me,(not sure who else is helping with planning) with questions if you have them and I will edit the doc as I go so Put your name on the Doc if you can come with what your bringing.

@therealscoutaloo !bcbronies Unless the official post from them on EqD is false, then we are indeed SOL. This is what happens when plans aren't made immediately upon tickets being available to cons. I didn't think brony-related cons would be of this nature (unlike BlizzCon which sells out in literally 1-2 seconds), but the fandom is getting big enough to warrant ultra-fast preparation. Too bad; Tabitha is going and she NEVER goes to cons.
