!bcbronies When I was in high school I was the biiiiiiiggest hipster, all the time doing stuff "because it's cool" or "to confuse people", which is all fine and dandy, I just don't want the fandom's image becoming somehow endangered as a result. Point is, do what you want, just be careful. Also, I monologue too damn much on RDN, huh?

@jackzhang !bcbronies Yeah, I was at that. It was at the same time as a major convention and was a pretty awesome time. I'm not saying it's a bad idea, I'm just saying I wouldn't be involved. Likewise I think the PNE Suits idea is stupid and I don't like paintball because it's too expensive. Doesn't mean I'm vehemently against them being done, I'm just saying to be careful about planning and that I probably won't be involved. Sorry I keep crapping on your plans. You've gotta explain what you mean by "flash mob" in more depth, though, since I think the term covers a fairly broad spectrum. Pinkiequest worked because it was done over a wide area, but each location just got it for a very short period. Most importantly, though, it was done under the banner of one of Seattle's biggest conventions, so instead of "Those obnoxious bronies", we would've been labelled "Those obnoxious geeks".

!bcbronies : I am with @bronymike on this one, Flash Mobbing is the farthest from keeping the peace. I don't mind having us being seen but that is quite different from forcing our hobby onto to people with a flash mob.

!bcbronies Hey, if anyone going to the paintball would be brave enough to take a pic or video with their phone or something (hopefully outside of the battlefield or in the middle of peace time) it would be cool to see some shots of the hangout. Maybe some of you could try painting a pony with the paintballs or something. I dunno.

!bcbronies Just an update on Operation SibsyCard, it all went off as well as it possibly could have. She was surprised and absolutely thrilled. Should be a post with a bunch of pics and the video I recorded up on EqD sometime tomorrow.

!bcbronies Just to get people up to speed, since there seems to be some sort of mystery going on: On Saturday people signed a large birthday card for Sibsy and a small group of us are hoping to meet at DHX and surprise her with it. We're in talks with some people at the studio to discuss the feasibility of this, though the smaller our group, the more likely we'll be let in to give her the card. As such, the group going to DHX is closed and locked, and I apologize to anyone who was hoping to attend. If we're denied access to the studio outright and we have some advance notice of such, we may open the meet up to some more people and meet with Big Jim at the cafe downstairs from DHX, though our preference would be to hand it over in person.

!bcbronies I'm in this Entrepreneurial IT course in university over the summer and as the main project, we need to essentially make a business and the groups get more profit based on their business' earnings. My group's making a company where we'll design websites for clients. Prices for this are based on the complexity of the site, and things that involve additional PHP coding, widgets, more professional themes, many pages, etc. would drive up the price, but we could probably make up a simple Wordpress site for $50-$100. So I'm wondering, if anyone thinks they'd be interested in a website, or if you know anyone who might be interested, drop a line to mshay@live.ca or bronymike@derpymail.com if you'd prefer. Sorry to advertise this here, but I've gotta get something done on this before I get to the next class, or I'm in trouble with the group. We just need to show the teacher that there's some amount of demand and that there are prospective clients so we can proceed with the project.

@thepuzzldpirate !bcbronies Also, Everfree's close, but not THAT close. We could still do some sort of medium-sized meetup, but a full-on convention is kinda illogical, if infeasible.

!Bcbronies: sup guys, I have had comp problems for the last bit and have missed a big chunk of news? what is going down? @phunkymat cause of Everfree being so close, I wouldn't plan anything until after that event, I will be making another screening on the Season 3 premiere, this time with the double room and hopefully some sort of charity drive and an auction of US toys. @bronymike has said it best though, would be better to support Everfree. @jackzhang - I have no idea what your planning, could I get the scoop?
