!bcbronies: I was rather pleased with the meeting other than a few hiccups myself, I was glad that people stayed around and offered to help clean. The only things that ticked me off were the cans that were left outside of the room on the floor after everyone left and the fact someone had the genius idea to use duck-tape on paint when their was a board right beside the room for that kind of thing. People were called out for Molestia so I won't bring it up. I had a blast, resting my poor brain for the day.

!bcbronies Alright. Once again. I know a lot of you are hoping to post all your footage all over the place, but please only post it sparingly. If you upload images on Facebook, be careful who you tag. At this point, we cannot confirm whether or not Hasbro's cool with us having had the crew at the meetup, and until we can get a more concrete idea of how to present this, I want to keep this as LOW-KEY AS POSSIBLE. Thank you. We have accessed what contacts we can to try to determine what we can do, but we won't know until tomorrow night at the earliest.

!bcbronies Big thanks to Puzzld, Tequila, Tesla, Echron, Bejoty, those guys with cameras, those guys with the episodes, art dude, snack-bringers, and of course the staff. I apologize for my horrible HORRIBLE memory when it comes to recognizing people, and I apologize even more about how I probably won't remember a lot of your names next time I see you. This went fantastically well.

I gave a couple notes on etiquette issues I'd like to address at http://mlpf.im/BcFinale as well as details on the meetup for anyone goin' to Fan Expo tomorrow as well. For the most part, everyone and everything was completely fine, but I hope everyone reads it just to make sure we're on the same page. @thepuzzldpirate I was gonna ask about the extra funds. Children's Hospital, eh? That's FANTASTIC. Also, I've sent an email to EqD regarding posting people's footage. A reminder, please refrain from submitting your footage, the staff didn't all get the go-ahead to actually attend this and I'd like to avoid any issues that could theoretically come of this.

!bcbronies thank you all for making this a smashing sucess, you blew my expectations out the window. I made back all of the money and more and will be donating what extra I have to van's chilldren hospital. Defiantly willing to plan agian, just let my brain rest for a bit. XD

!bcbronies : IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT! Feel free to share that you were at the april 21st meetup. However, any pictures of the staff will be on hold for the time being, We are trying to maintain good relationship with Hasbro. Stay hush about who was here till we have permission to, we are on shaky grounds as is and we dont want to ruin future cons by having Hasbro pull support on all cons. Thank you for understanding.

!bcbronies @bronymike I've got the projector ready, along with a laptop, audio extension cables, VGA extensions, etc. I also have some small speakers just in case the room audio doesn't work. When should I arrive at the library, 2:30 - 3:00PM? I'll be at the Bamboo Cafe before heading to the library.
