This will be held at Ultimate Power Martial Arts & Fitness Center in Orlando Florida. This will be an all ages event and is not limited to those in the CFB group. There will be a fee of 5 dollars per person to help cover the cost of food/rent. Alongside the usual overdose of ponies and general meet up shenanigans, we have several activities planned such as trivia, nerf war, and even a small rave. There will also be a podcast by our very own Sunshine State Bronies crew and a demo of My Little Investigations. But, I suggest you find the group nearest you first here: http://www.bronies.com/map/ and then ask to see who might be interested in a get together. Then, if you find that there's some interest, then advertise in as many locations as possible, especially ponychan in /collab/, since that seems to be the place where Sethisto from EqD looks for new meet-ups. If you're on facebook, you can also create an event for people to rsvp to... At least, this is what @tenure and I did.

@tenure I've found two potential spots both in the Florida State Park system, which means the entry fee is $6.00 per multi-occupancy vehicle (2-8 people) and $4.00 for single occupancy. One is closer to Tampa, Hillsborough River State Park (http://floridastateparks.org/hillsboroughriver/default.cfm) and the other is closer to Orlando, Wekiwa Springs (http://floridastateparks.org/wekiwasprings/).
