@zeldatra Apple loves to Stockholm-syndrome their customers. Upgrading the hardware or even repair? No way! Soldered storage? Sure! Using slightly different chips and software-locking hardware components! Of course! Installing unauthorized software on the iPhone? HELL NO. No filthy hands, hardware or software should taint it.

@zeldatra Is it because they're anti-User-control?
-
@zeldatra Enjoy! And/or, what did you think?
-
@zeldatra Hell even post-Indy, my parents taped it off our yuppie cousins' cable and showed it to middle-school me, haha
-
@zeldatra so M&M always stood for "Mickey Mouse" ?
-
@zeldatra Haven't wasted a thought on that damn pony generator trash in a long time. It creates a shudder along my spine when I remember the flood of OCs coming through the DeviantArt groups I followed.
-
@zeldatra Haha. True. It has also less chance of malnutrition as it gets what it needs. A friend of mine eats exclusively vegetarian and vegan and had recently a case of Vitamin B12 deficiency with his body half paralyzed.

@zeldatra Do like in Darkman, and get one that's also a prosthetic leg
-
@zeldatra Why does YouTube have two (or more, I've just found 2) ways to link the tv app and the mobile app, one numeric and the other alphabetic. No idea why there's not just one way, they couldn't pick one?
-
@zeldatra I watched it on Friday. It was.... an experience. The plot was fine but what it made special was what the legal team was able to get and what the creators were able to get away with. The cel-shaded 3D characters and the occasional painted-over humans were grating.
-
@zeldatra And god forbid one mention the racism of Disney, hooo boy!
-
@zeldatra Yo dawg I heard you're running out of (SUPPLY), so I'm hear doing a run on (SUPPLY) so you run out of more (SUPPLY) when (SUPPLY) is running out
-
@zeldatra I remember the 3D being so good that I tried batting ash out of my vision during the climax. And did they drag Sigourney Weaver into it, too?
-
@zeldatra I heard the BBC passed because the songs he tried out just didn't fit with their vision of the Doctor. I guess acoustic-guitar-backed manchild moans about "timey-wimey" just appeal to a very select audience.
-
@zeldatra Were you looking for some kind of lost Sims 2 thing? https://simworld.neocities.org/frontpage.html
-
@zeldatra I guess we need to watch the whole thing to see whether or not a) the balls touched, or 2) they said "no homo" in time
-
@zeldatra I guess be glad your job doesn't make you do that to customers?
-
@zeldatra I enjoy your animations. I've been picking up the pen with CS Paint.
-
@zeldatra animated pretty much 100% in Microsoft PowerPoint with the circle tool and automated slides at a 1/24th of a second delay, but there’s a little bit of CGI in there too… wanted to invoke Futurama here.
-
@zeldatra that's pretty impressive
-
@zeldatra applejack is a cartoon horse that sells apples and apple accessories. Don't tarnish her name like that http://rainbowdash.net/url/876106
-
@zeldatra I wouldn't imagine he'd have "champ" status.... he just doesn't look lively enough, in general

@zeldatra "I’m not the one advocating for controlling people here. That’s you" literally how? Your take is implicitly against individual liberties (describing something as "incredibly shortsighted" implies that you want something to be done about it, regardless of whether your intended actions are forceful or not), while I'm speculating that you want to reduce the liberties of others because of your own personal fears and beliefs being moulded by slogans and sensationalist news (that everyone says they're against but will read and cite in the same breath). I'm regarding your garbage post as a troll post because *ahem* check the software this site runs on; it's why I even know about this place, dip. "we all know you don’t actually care about that" how does the 2-bit powerpoint "animator" speak for the rest of the forum?
-
@zeldatra @zeldatra So you got all doped up AFTER getting sick and are okay with still having to wear a mask? That's just... strange. Why is dealing with this sickness normally rather than in a permanent panic "incredibly shortsighted" compared to all the other sicknesses that we deal with normally by doing nothing and staying home when we get them (inb4 comparing SARS/Covid to serious, permanent, diseases)? Do you desire not to live normally, instead opting to track who wears masks when and where and can present medical records proving loyalty, or do you simply want people to make the same mistake as you (as in having got the vaccine and letting everyone know "you can scare me into doing whatever and I will")?

@zeldatra Microchips in everything, man, it's all a simulation!!
-
@zeldatra "Neck-down, too??" *stomped, in fetal position*
-
@zeldatra I think there's always been a bar in the American airports I've been at, I spent a couple of hours sampling flights in a wine bar in Florida before coming home
-
@zeldatra I mean, like, EVERY puppet* is a Henson-style hand-and-rod all-but Muppet these days, you know? Influence is just one of those things. Some algorithm online keeps telling me I write almost exactly like Stephen King, and I barely read any of his work! I uh... don't know if I got a POINT to that tangent, but. . . .
-
@zeldatra Considering the way scrip was manipulated, one could make an argument about company towns
-
@zeldatra Fun fact: You can find Nazi connections in almost every big German company's history that is old enough it existed during World War 2. Volkswagen, Siemens, Bosch, several steelworks...
