  4. @zeldatra At least you got practice, even when it's not the best. I'm a software developer for over 7 years and in my last project (ended a few days ago) it is littered with crimes I did. Mostly because I was not given enough time to do it properly. It is of great value to know which "technical debt" one has caused and how to mitigate it next time. There are only a few principles one has to follow to write good code like writing modular code that has as few dependencies as possible to solve the problem, naming the variables and functions and classes clear enough such that they convey their intent unmistakably, and writing code that can be reused. The last point is a nice to have but for a small project it is probably too much hassle except it is really needed more than once in the program. Otherwise software is malleable enough to be rewritten with the power given by the knowledge of hindsight, meaning good ol' refactoring.

  5. @zeldatra In the Kaito Files DLC he has socks on when he enters the Doctor's home. https://youtu.be/gAqdA1D9YJM?t=11438 I believe that they are socks and not shoes. They are very dark and featureless.

  8. -she CAN however go to Dondoko Island. The only issue I’ve found there is that she has no voice lines for greeting villagers, although she does not reuse Kasuga’s like I thought she would; she simply doesn’t say anything at all, opting to wave instead. That’s interesting as hell. Pulling audio from other Rie Kugimiya/Xanthe Hyunh projects probably fixes this.
-When taking selfies she either starts speaking in Kiryu’s voice (when in Japan) or Kasuga’s (in Hawaii). Not sure if this is fixable.

  11. @zeldatra It is as exciting as shooting a video of the entrance of a super market. What do they expect? Spoilers leaking from the offices that are behind secured doors to the lobby area by themselves? I got juicier stuff from the companies I worked for and that is already somewhat public knowledge.

  12. Like it’s a public street. The biggest threat to your wellbeing for a heist of this magnitude is campus security rolling up and telling you to knock it off.

  13. @zeldatra Right! We, the fans, demand Pocket Circuit Racer! On the same note I'd like to see Kiryu giving pocket tissues to a poor soul on the public toilet, Kiryu trying to get a Bun-Chan plush from the crane game, him giving up on Mahjong, searching the city for lockers, and Kiryu getting lessons from Komaki.

  14. @zeldatra Plot twist: It's about problems getting proper sleep which in turn increases the likelihood in developing cognitive and perceptual problems resulting in poor judgments, hallucinations, feeling irritated by minor things to the extend of being actively hostile and feeling too tired to make changes to help against those problems.

  15. @zeldatra A tool is a tool. A tool is as useful as it fulfills a purpose. I meant it was used by people who did not knew its limitations in the aesthetic department.

  17. @zeldatra 60 year old yakuza, who has seemingly not aged a bit, landing with amnesia on a beach on Hawaii, taking over a sail-ship and doing classic pirate stuff. We need something more extreme than jumping the shark to even get close to this.

  20. @zeldatra Only when I'm supposed to meet a man with white shoes and two cigarettes. His name is Thomas, and he will be expecting the codephrase. If Thomas is not present within 2 minutes of the arranged meeting time, I am to board the return train and . . . Uhh, wait....

  27. @zeldatra Similar to Berlin that is so broke that any official paperwork and permit takes an eternity and there is a high likelihood that offices are closed without any good reason, and most places are a cherryhole. I was only a few times there and it wasn't a pleasant experience.
