@scoot I'm likely gonna be doing some more schooling after I graduate where I'm currently attending, though I'm not gonna drop out because it'll damage my credit.

@scoot Oh sweet, those were both great games. If you liked Awakening you'll for sure like Fates too, personally I think I may already prefer Fates despite loving Awakening. If you want Hana make sure to get Birthright as she's a unit in the Hoshido story.

@scoot It's okay, I can understand the busyness and don't at all hold it against you for not being here often. I am glad to see you whenever you're around though, I have lots of respect for you as a person and love your art. It's troubling to hear you're going through so many troubles, and I want you to know it's not your fault. Depression just sucks the motivation right out of you, and anxiety doesn't help work ethic at all. I know the despondency and exhaustion, and college has made me really in tune with my own powerlessness lots of the time. I spend lots of my time at mine too, which has led to lots of stress. I guess I'm probably not helping too much, but I guess what I'm trying to say is I understand all too well, and hope for the best for you cause you deserve it.

@scoot You do you. You can't change someone by whining at him or her that you dislike something about him or her anyway. You just hope that things will work out in the better for them sooner rather than later. Although tactical buttkickings should always remain an option should someone ONLY decide to focus on the negatives, which is especially annoying when things are actually going well.

Girlfriend came home and basically told me that it's all my own fault for not working hard enough and that she won't sugar-coat it for me. This anti-support happens often, I think it's making me worse than I would be otherwise.

@scoot I hope you end up thinking of a film idea too. Who knows, maybe you'll end up letting yourself work outside your comfort zone and do something you didn't realize you could before.

@northernnarwhal Possibly. I really need something solid if I'm betting my final grade on it though, so some level of familiarity has to be present.

@scoot I guess the only advice I can really give is to look back on your previous work and maybe have people you trust look back on your previous work as well and try to highlight your artistic strengths and weakness, then focus on creating new works that highlight your strengths.

@mrmattimation It's fine, I don't mean to scold. I just did it because I saw the picture and there were some easy fixes you could do to make it better.

@mrmattimation Almost all my friends went to Lincoln. As long as he's not there for animation he should be alright.

@mrmattimation Unless it's changed drastically in the last 3 years, when I went there it was a course specifically designed to get you a job in 3D animation. If that's what he wants that's fine, but he won't get much more out of it.
