@mrmattimation Keen. Right now, I kinda just want to make a logo from my old karate school into 3D. It's been done, but I'd rather not steal someone else's. And I do have other things, like an attempt to create a visual model of the Self as a 4-dimensional being with extensions into the Minds of others like that whole NG:E last two episodes acid trip. I think it'll just end up looking like lightning or a neuron, though...

Watching Nova, about Mars exploration. They keep talking about CHNOPS - Carbon, Hydrogen, Nitrogen, Oxygen, Phosphorus, and Sulfur - the basic elements of life. But they pronounce it like they're looking for Schnapps as proof of life on Mars.

@adiwan Yeah, I'm more hoping the four members who left over it re-form or at least go on to more success than I am worrying for the one jackboot, lol. And I'm not super-surprised, because after 9/11 they took a hard Right, anyway. It's more just surreal to see happening. And I can't help thinking of Alice Cooper's take on rock in politics: "Why would you listen to US? We can't even hold down a real job!"

Well I just learned that I have a scar (somewhere on one of my knuckles) from the location of the first-ever episode of Bar Rescue. Which was closed after a stabbing murder. And then burned down. And is still a pile of fenced-off rubble 3 years later.

And some of them, after struggling with them for 25 years, you just pretend it all makes sense in a philosophical quantum way like they totally swear it does. "Maybe in the original Japanese," you think," or maybe if I understood the cultural memes more deeply," you tell yourself. But then the director claims the whole thing can be understood through a Socratic lens and you just kind of shrug and give up all over again....
