@nerthos there isn't a kind of america though, the definition of foot is now 12 inches, and the definition of inches is... it doesnt say in the oxford dictionary.

Part of the problem is there isn't a concrete definition of what size a town is, and it varies all over the world. Literally the only similarity is "bigger than a village but smaller than a city".

i think theres maybe 3k people in this village, iunno, but i don't actually live there, i live on the very boundary, basically close enough to get picked up by a bus.

@purplebear We actually use all the Anglo-Norman terms to describe our places. Hamlet, village, town and city all came from them.
