My wedding ring doesn't quite do a good job of letting people know that I'm straight. It's solid black titanium with a chromatic rainbow inlay. I almost literally am wearing a rainbow ring.

Lo and behold an actual meetup is to occur within some vicinity to my area... how do I get there? What should I wear? Does this conflict with my plans to hang with @template93 ?

@macpony55 Durarara is actually really good if you like "slice of life" style shows with a "holy-dole-what-happened" edge, and Adventuretime is pure awesome. The episodes are like 11 minutes long. Highly suggested and not as ADD as most of the shows out there.

@macpony55 ahaha thanks, I'm definitely ponying up for all my on-camera hijinks in support of MLP! My only other cosplay would be Finn from Adventuretime and Shizuo from Durarara!!!

@macpony55 I'm putting a lot of effort into helping my friend, I felt like he didn't have anyone who was willing to put in the work and while it is super fun, I totally treat it like a job, I'm very serious about it. Just from a perspective of knowing what it's like trying to do something with absolutely no help.

@macpony55 that's just the first time we've done that, too! In less than two weeks there's a pretty large anime convention coming up in Milwaukee and after that we have Anime Central in April and we have some big plans for that! It's one of the largest cons in the US aside from Expo in California.

@macpony55 That's just the thing is I'm a very social person and I love getting to know people, but not necessarily at the job I have now only because that's everyone's main topic is complaining. my "side job" of being a personality on a website is what's more fulfilling. I get to talk and play games with literally anyone I want and it all gets put on camera and posted on the internet. I only get to do it when conventions come around but so far it's been something to really look forward to.

@macpony55 I used to play football years ago in highschool, I was obese back then and I got made fun of more than I had any actual fun. I was really getting into anime back then so I would spend my practices thinking about the manga I was reading instead of plays or making bros

@macpony55 Very true, like we can't live without some kind of drama. At times like that I'm actually glad I work alone, I sort of create what day I'm having, no outside influences. The only drawback is I'm always very cold.

@macpony55 You know what? I don't ever really complain because that's the same way I feel about it, but everyone likes to complain for some reason. Sometimes the scheduling is kinda grueling, and I do get the feeling our bosses don't really take into consideration that we like to try and have lives outside of our jobs, but really I never have had anything to really get on a soapbox about. I tend to work either really early or right in the middle of the day.

@macpony55 yeah we have a boss at my work that has no idea how to schedule people. Right now one of my friends is working from 6pm to like 3:30am, it makes no sense.

@pony I feel the same way about this whole Derpy mess, she's cool, funny to think that the voice actress thought Derps was a male. Makes me think if Vinyl Scratch is another one of those ponies the fandom perceives as female just because or if it's actually documented officially somewhere.
