@bobo I think it's more like bullet hell elements being incorporated into an RPG, kind of like how Cave Story's weapon upgrade system doesn't make it an RPG as it's just an RPG element in an action-platformer. I generally haven't really played any bullet hell games aside from some of the Touhou games, but Undertale's combat is really fun and refreshing.
