@greggo Wait, how did you get the first 'b' of 'brohoof' to be blue?
Monday, 26-Sep-11 13:35:16 UTC from web-
@greggo Ah great, it should be a fun time down there. It's a shame it's not a part of West Virginia that would be closer to the PA state line. I could sneak away if it was only an hour or two away. I hope you guys have fun though. ^^ !Pittsbronies

@thelastgherkin WHY ARE YOU BLUE, LITTLE B
-
@ceruleanspark ::b ::l ::u ::e ::b ::s ::s ::u ::c ::k
-
@thelastgherkin Only half the letters are blue? Interesting.
-
@thelastgherkin :a
-
If only I had a big strong tech-oriented pony to explain this to me.
-
@thelastgherkin Explain what to you?
-
@thelastgherkin I've been trying to figure it out actually. Initially I thought it was just some kind of regex being tricked into parsing the letter as a link, but then why would it only work 5 times, and not work in a sequence?
-
@thelastgherkin No clue at all, welcome to the internet.
-
@ceruleanspark And I am never busy, always watching, always waiting. Just for my moment to strike >:D

@ceruleanspark Check out the attachments on this: http://rainbowdash.net/notice/552082

@thelastgherkin What in gods name have you done darling. Also: Doing single-post-replies to your messages from my iPad makes it look like cerulean is staring at Rainbow Dashes grapes.

@thelastgherkin ::Z

@ceruleanspark Dat bananas.

@thelastgherkin ::z

@thelastgherkin these are all hex values. Due to IPv6 all IP addresses are represented in 8 blocks of hexadecimal values. A leading :: says that all previous values are 0.
-
@ceruleanspark So the URLs for 2 through 6 as well as 8 and 0 are http://[www.:.com]:(insert number here)/. WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN.
-
@broniebrown So... what does that mean? XD
-
@thelastgherkin IPv4 addresses are like 192.168.1.1. They use good old decimal values. IPv6 will use something like 2001:0db8:85a3:0000:0000:8a2e:0370:7334. There are valid ways to short some of them. One group of consecutive zeroes within an address may be replaced by a double colon. For example, fe80:0:0:0:202:b3ff:fe1e:8329 becomes fe80::202:b3ff:fe1e:8329
-
@broniebrown @thelastgherkin In other words. 0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:000E can be shortened to ::E
-
@broniebrown Ohhh. I think I understand that!
-
@thelastgherkin And now you know.
-
@ceruleanspark Some help you were.
-
@thelastgherkin ;___;
-
@ceruleanspark Do you like my modified background, by the way?
-
@thelastgherkin I enjoyed it. XD
-
@jinroh I'm glad! :)
-
@thelastgherkin Haha yeah, it is great, I'll have to favorite it later. XD
