@mrdragon He was a flankbook refugee. Posted an allcaps "EVERYPONY DONATE TO FLANKBOOK POST", then bumped into Carcino. Got mad, lost his temper, did that.

@frostflow I reported him to the everday mod crew earlier today. We'll see if anything comes of it. The easiest way to reach the admins seems to be through the mods anyway.
