@colfax Fixed the rules so that the links work and sorted out the Staff page as it had some errors in it as well, also dropped a guideline at the bottom for mods in case the future ones don't know what the hell they are doing one day.

@redenchilada As a user I appreciate being able to see the guidelines so that I know the site is being managed properly, and so I can have something to cite when a rogue mod decides to powertrip.

@toksyuryel It just seems kinda... tacky to me. The guidelines can be public, yeah, but chucking them on the staff page seems like kind of a lazy way to put them up. Or something, I dunno.
