                  @clayinthecarpet The rules right now are completely blurry and up to moderation discretion. It is both a good and a bad thing that nobody is likely to get banned unless the offense is so great and blatant that the cops get involved.

                              @scoot Except telling someone off just for creating a group breaks the "be civil" rule and yelling at a moderator when they get onto you for it breaks that rule /again/.
