            @clayinthecarpet there are lots of recipes online for them. Might be cheaper to try, but then you wouldn't be able to say you've had the original

              @tia Normally I hate mass-produced things...but this is an experience I just have to try at least once...Kinda like Olive Garden and their bread sticks. Oooooh drooooooool. Olive Garden bread sticks are so fantastic.

                @clayinthecarpet Olive Garden breadsticks are about on par with Fazoli's breadsticks. Which isn't to say that they're bad, but might as well get them at the place that costs less

                    @clayinthecarpet Fazoli's is good fast food Italian. I mean, the pizza's horrible, but you can get pizza elsewhere and the rest of the food is (by fast food standards) very good.

                        @mrmattimation Unfortunately all of the good Italian places I know of are regional. I've seen Jonny Carino's, but only in Austin (but if you ever visit they are the best Italian in the US that I've had), and here in Nashville I've been to Caraba's (which is as good in every way except that their bread tastes funny).

                    @tia There's something about a biscuit that embodies a feeling of love over your simple breadstick. Maybe just because I come from the south and "biscuits" are these homemade, incredible works of art.
