                    1. @awl ya. You add it at the end, usually to verbs. Makes it a question. Like it I wanted to say "I watch this" you'd say これは見る (kore wa miru) miru beingthe verb watch. If you want to say "should I watch this" you say これは見るか? (kore wa miru ka?).

                    2. @scribus well I guess if you do it in traditional writing top to bottom right to left you don't use any punctuation. They only use punctuation in the westernized left right sentences.
