        @awl They have you answer a series of about 100 questions with seemingly unrelated answers. Like a personality quiz. Like, one was an option between "I sometimes have trouble picking up new things" and "I have trouble sympathizing with the homeless." That isn't even at all an exaggeration.

          @thatonestocking walmart had something similar, albeit not 100 questions like that. I fail exactly to see the point in those but then again, it's customer service.
