@ellieellie @northernnarwhal Well I have no idea what they'll be about, but with all the main cast from the original trilogy reprising their roles it's hard not to get hype

@ellieellie Yeah, I have no doubt it'll be fun. I personally thought that the prequels were fun too, and IMO most of the hate is just from people who were being nostalgic for the original trilogy

@rarity I didn't regret seeing any of the prequels. The second one was pretty bad but other than that they were fun.

@ellieellie Episode 3 was actually a decent film, the volcano battle scene is fantastic.

@northernnarwhal I actually really enjoyed Episode 3, the plot was nothing to write home about but it had some really wonderful scenes. I also enjoyed Episode 1.

@ellieellie Episode 1 would've been better if it had less politics, but the battle against Darth Maul was cool and I actually really liked the pod racing.

@rarity I'm just worried because they've announced they're ignoring the expanded universe. But I'm sure the film will still have its merits though, and I'm looking forward to seeing it.

@awlditzy that's what they're doing, yeah. It's supposed to take place 30 years after the end of Return of the Jedi. Although like people are saying apparently they're not going to stick 100% to the expanded universe from the books
