Whenever I play a Zelda game I name my character Zelda so I can call him Zelda and when people correct me I'll still be right.

@fyf I always name my character apples so it sounds like everyone's mad at him
-
@fyf I'm pretty sure that unlocks extra lives in the first game or something
-
@redenchilada That's what I usually do with my Pokemon
-
@mrmattimation Wait really?
-
@fyf I know it does SOMETHING.
-
@mrmattimation It sends you straight to the second post game quest
-
@northernnarwhal @mrmattimation I never knew
-
@fyf It's only in the original on the NES
-
@fyf @mrmattimation @northernnarwhal There was something similar in Majora's Mask I think, something to do with NG+
-
@nerthos Hm, I was not aware of that. I know putting your name as "Zelda" did nothing in that game.
-
@northernnarwhal I read something about it back in the day. I used "Zelda" for my first playthrough anyway.
-
@nerthos I don't think doing that did anything.
-
@nerthos I think when I was younger I would just name my character after myself because I was a little narcissist as a kid
-
@northernnarwhal I STILL do that.
-
@mrmattimation ...so do I
-
@meloetta It didn't.
